The Sikkim government will construct a shopping complex near Changu lake on way to Nathula on the Indo China border.  The sources said this is one of the steps in preparation of the opening of the Nathula border.The construction of the shopping complex will cost more than Rs 3 crore.

The cabinet has also decided to set up seven mini hydel projects all over the state. For these projects the state will be borrowing from financial institutions. Tripura introduces online lottery.
