Assam government published the draftdelimitation order for the general council of Rabha Hasong Autonomous Council defining the territorial limits of the 36
constituencies.
Out of the total 36 constituencies mentioned in the draft order 15 were under Boko, Chaygaon and Paladbari Legislative Assembly Constituencies (LACs) of Kamrup district.

Copies of the draft delimitation order would be available for public inspection at the office of the deputy commissioner, circle officer, block development officer and gaon panchayat.Objections, comments and views on the draft delimitation order would be received by the deputy commissioner Kamrup metropolitan district till July 25 in respect of constituencies falling within Kamrup district. Hearing in this regard would be completed by August 1 and final publication would be made on August 10 next.
