Arunachal forest employees stage dharna At least three associations of the State forest department staged a peaceful dharna in front of the office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (PCCF) to protest the non-implementation of the Arunachal Pradesh Forest Service Rule, 1997, and Pandey Committee recommendation. Joint action committee convenor Pekyom Ringu said this was their third phase of agitational programme. The State Government had not attached any importance to resolve the demands of the striking employees, he said. Those on strike included the Arunachal Pradesh State Forest Service Officers Association
